Unang nag sulong ng mga proyektong Road Widening at pag sasaayos ng mga Economic Growth Areas sa kabuuan ng Lungsod na naging simula ng pag papalakas ng ekonomiya at kalakalan ng Lungsod

 - Proponent of Rehabilitation and Expansion of Sapang Alat- Bridge, Caloocan City.
- Formulated and Designed the following development plans for the City such as(Muzon Development Plan, Tungkong Mangga Development Plan, Sampol Development Plan.)
- Implemented the First Road Widening Project from Muzon Crossing to Marilao
- Implemented a Closed - Door Policy af all Busses Jeepneys within the crossing of Muzon Circumferential road in Tingkong Mangga, SampolMarket and Minuyan Towerville.
- Designated a Loading and Unloading area bay area in Tungkong Mangga, Muzon, Sampol and Minuyan Towerville.
- Designated Pedestrian Lanes in Muzon, Tungkong Mangga, Sampol Market, and Minuyan Towerville.
- Established of Side-Walk, Curb and gutter with fence in Muzon to Marilao Route and sampol Market.
- Relocations of Vendors to the City's Public Market in sampol Area.

San Jose del Monte Bulacan.  

Ang I Care, I Share ay programa ng ating konsehal na naglalayon na matugunan ang pangangailangan ng mamayan ng San Joseño sa pamamagitan ng pag bibigay ng Tulong (Assistance) at pag bibigay ng  mga Feeding program ( Layunin nito na bigyan ng sigla, lakas at pagkaen ng wastong para sa mga kabataan)
sa bawat barangay sa lungsod ng San Jose del Monte Bulacan.
